malida at angkor thom

it was a very hot day, and this was about noon. we were wandering around angkor thom and trying to stay in the shade. this was in a shelter atop a temple that was being restored.

i love this shot because it captures the complexity of malida.

Fantastic portrait. I keep scrolling back to it because her expression seems to keep changing. Just beautiful. I admire your ability to not only see the profound beauty in the world around you, but also your ability to capture it and share it. Your gift enriches my life.
