	it's a beautiful sculpture, and there is a larger one out in front of the winery. the interesting thing about this is that i think francis has the face of robert mondavi, whose winery it is. my favorite St. Francis is out back of the franciscan church where I go occasionally. it is unlike any other i have seen. i'd like to see how you would sculpt francis! 	I am sure working at it a lot, and I think my photography is improving as I go along. When I was shooting at the winery yesterday, I though about all the people who taught me something about photography, and how I have been influenced by it. by the way, i loved your shot of the trees--particularly the way it is cropped. it is so good to see you grow as a photographer!
